Battlefield Acupuncture (BFA) training provides a complementary care opportunity to reduce the need for prescription medication and offer less invasive method of intervention to manage acute and chronic pain regardless of cause, duration, or severity. It can be utilized in the inpatient setting, in outpatient clinics, in the emergency department, and in deployed and battlefield environments.
