Family Medicine Midwest Policies

Attendee cancellation policy: You may cancel without penalty if cancellation request is received up to and including 15 days prior to the start of the conference. Due to financial obligations incurred by Family Medicine Midwest, no refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received fewer than 15 days prior to the start of the event.  You may email FMM registration with your need to cancel. 

Conference Cancellation Policy: 
Should any situation arise that is beyond the control of the IAFP/ FMM that prevents the holding of the conference and/or the residency exhibit hall, the IAFP and FMM will not be liable for any expenses or losses incurred by the exhibitor beyond the residency exhibit fee. Should the conference and/or residency exhibit hall need to cancel, FMM will refund the full exhibit fee within 30 days of cancellation notice. 

IAFP and FMM will not be liable for any expenses or losses incurred by individual registrants beyond the registration fee.  Any costs incurred for travel and lodging are not the responsibility of the individual to resolve directly with those entities.  

Exhibiting Program Refund Policy: Written notice of cancellation must be received by October 1 to obtain a partial refund, minus $50 administration fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations after October 1.   A no-show by an exhibitor forfeits their exhibit fee entirely.
