Objectives

1.  Learn to use affirming shared decision making to complete informed consent counseling to initiate gender affirming hormones in older adolescents and adults

2. Be able to prescribe, titrate, and monitor standard hormone regimens including response to common lab abnormalities and pitfalls 

3. Identify referral resources for gender affirmation beyond the clinic
