Objectives:
Reproductive Justice (RJ) is a framework created by Black women leaders that connects reproductive health to larger political, social, racial, and class movements.

It has four tenets: the right to maintain bodily autonomy, the right to have children, the right to not have children, and the right to parent children in safe and sustainable communities.

Reproductive justice experts have written about the value of RJ in the clinical setting, but to date, there is little research exploring practicing physicians’ understanding of and barriers to employing an RJ framework in the clinical setting. The aim of this study was to assess the knowledge of RJ among Family Medicine and OB/GYN providers and develop recommendations for RJ education moving forward.
