Open Invitation to Discuss Future Collaborations

The Board of Family Medicine Midwest (FMM) has decided to create a place for the Midwest region’s leaders of family medicine to work collaboratively on projects of mutual interest. Multi-institutional projects have the potential for significant academic, clinical and financial achievements that can benefit the individual project members as well as their home organizations. Faculty members working independently on a project can take on small scale efforts. When a multi-institutional team forms, that team can dream big dreams!

We’ve created a place and the space within the 2022 Family Medicine Midwest Conference schedule this October in Minneapolis to begin the process of identifying specific projects. We invite faculty members, residents and students who have an idea to join us. It could be a project already underway at your home organization open for others to join or it could be an idea for a new project.

We invite anyone who has an idea for a collaborative project to join the call and share their idea now.
Fill out this form to propose ideas for a collaborative in advance of the meeting.  We’ll add them to the list that will be discussed on site at the conference.
